Hello Students and Families! Here are some updates and reminders from Dover High School:
Cabaret was a huge success! Thank you to all of the musicians, performers, crew members and teachers who made the wonderful night possible! Cabaret is a great Dover tradition and we look forward to it every year! GREAT JOB!!!

We are pleased to have Nick Lane from the DCC Mechatronics Lab coming to DHS to present to Juniors on the programs and opportunities available at the lab and how it can lead to careers in the tech field. The presentation was scheduled for Monday, 2/23, but with school being closed due to the weather, we will schedule a new date soon. Juniors will also hear about a new collaboration between DHS and DCC for Seniors next year who have room in their schedules to take classes at the Mechatronics Lab and earn credentials they can use for employment after high school or to get a jump start on college. More information to come! We are very excited about our collaborative partnership with the DCC Mechatronics Lab!
Students who are interested in taking AP classes or joining the Dover Legacy Racing Team (Winners' Circle) next year are reminded to complete the online application by March 20th. Late applications will not be accepted. Click HERE for the link to the application.
The Family Opportunity Center in Wingdale is hosting a Youth Community Program on human trafficking and exploitation. It is designed specifically for high school students. There are 5 sessions on Thursdays from March 12th to April 9th. Pizza and snacks will be provided. Click here for more information and the contact information for David Garcia to register.
Tomorrow, Monday, 2/23 is School Bus Driver Day! We would like to take this opportunity to thank our bus drivers and monitors for taking care of our students EVERY DAY! They are often the first point of contact for students as they start their school day and we appreciate their support and dedication. Their work takes place in an ever changing an environment and getting students to and from school safely is an important responsibility. THANK YOU all First Student, Inc employees for all you do!
Go Dragons! Dover PRIDE!!!
